Once you have booked the alignment you do not need to be anywhere at a specific time. I will add you to the schedule just like any other client and if you would like to be in a restful state at home during your appointment that is helpful, but not necessary. You may feel a tingling sensation or heat during the session but this is perfectly normal and is nothing to be concerned about.
This package includes a physical product that will be mailed to you. I try to keep shipping as reasonable as possible, but please be aware that I ship from the USA if you are an international client.
